He focuses on strategic vision, expanding platform capabilities, and building a high-performance team committed to excellence and long-term partnership. Prior to Tenet, Hugh held leadership roles across technology and logistics. He holds degrees from Boston College and Stanford University.

Philipp leads Tenet's product and technology strategy, platform architecture, and engineering organization. He is known for hands-on product and technical leadership and translating customer needs into thoughtfully engineered solutions. Previously, Philipp founded LogiMove, a logistics software company serving major LTL carriers including Kuehne & Nagel and DB Schenker. He holds degrees from University of Hamburg and Bielefeld University.
